If I am correct, I think all money offers have to be put past Farjoy first because of their controlling stake. Just maybe, some coin has hit the table, and Tim was thinking it is already looking attractive, hence the Farjoy style trading we have witnessed in recent times. Possibly increasing his percentage in the company. I think after 10%, changes in substantial holdings do not have to be announced. We may see action sooner than we expect.
