Only a fool would sell a painting without checking the records to see if it's a masterpiece before agreeing the price.

Therefore it can be reasonably deduced that holders Tyranna/Tribal have a fair idea whether the prospectivity of these tenements is accurately reflected in their asking price/deal. Or not.

Maybe they only suspect there is something there but not having the funds or focus to explore further they stuck this deal to retain a part interest in the tenements. Just in case MPJ get lucky.

Here's hoping. Dat's all we got right now until more info comes to light.
