On a more serious note -you listening george and kells?- on a more serious note, I think gold is like those collectables, stamps and paintings etc -worth only what the next bloke is willing to pay. Whereas money is just that little bit more valuable because it is backed by a country's economy but again, I'm sure that there are other things more valuable than money: heroin, for example and other hard drugs used by many countries to exchange for foreign currency!
