    looks like 3.8c was Tested for a Break and failed at a 3.7c high today..

    thats ok ..sellers took 3.7c ..and may wait until the Relist to push it thru 3.8c ..with Gusto.

    Thats still Cool ..it will Happen eventually ..as..

    going on today's Volumes ...3.8c is Doomed to fall...on more news.

    more New Contract news will be released in earnest post the Relist.

    after all ..they have to save ..Some good news ..for the Re-launch. ..right ?


    Personally ... I would add on the Lows near 3c support.. if lucky to get any .
