Honestly everyone, you need to take off your rose tinted glasses. Enough is enough. I don't like to see anyone lose money but even in the state that TON is currently in you are still talking conspiracies and thinking there is something more positive happening (takeover lol) other than the obvious. TON do not have enough cash to meet their current and upcoming obligations, they have obviously explored some further capital raising opportunities but no one wants to touch or help them. In this situation, in order to avoid possible criminal liability, the board has no choice but to place the company into Voluntary Administration. It's really that straight forward.

The reasons for the slide to where they currently are have been well documented and discussed on HC over the last couple of years. There was far too much emphasis on comparing the 'size' of the NH resource with SYR rather than considering the quality and mineability. A basic analysis of the drill results showed some big red flags and it was well picked up and documented by many on here who were shot down as downrampers and accused of ulterior motives. I even stopped posting on SYR (a stock I have owned since late 2011) due to the large amount of TON fans who started overtaking the SYR board and turning it into a farce. Unfortunately many were too 'in love' with TON to accept the realities and this is where it's ended up.
