Not at first glance but the way I see it crowd gets 20% of revenues for providing access to its well established micro job and m payments platforms. New Zulu provides the experts and marketing. (Does all the work, hence majority of costs)
Thoughts?
It's a nice add value that leverages crowds platforms to 8.5m users.
