Let me clarify - what I meant was that if you've confirmed this with Dicker Data, either verbally or in written form, then I would think they've told you price sensitive info.
I understand their previous policy of 100% payout, followed by a policy of 15.4cos fully franked. However, it could also be interpreted as a policy change to a fixed dividend regardless of profits - hence my concern.
