RYG general topics, page-1531

Ok, so i'm going to make a quick post here.  Because out of all the other places i've chatted with people, a lot that cross over into different stocks, the majority seem to also be interactive here.

So here's my thing.

1.  I'm a bit drained of all the bulldust attacks that fly around, when someone, especially if its me, makes a call on a stock, up or down, and everyone gets all personal on it.  Its all the worse when your right, because then its "your fault".  Anyway that aside, although @Graham_1954 and a few others like to dig the spurs in sometimes because, I'm reasonably ok with numbers and like a chart or two, at least here, it seems to be mostly in good light hearted fun (may not all posters here but on the most part).  So I have found myself, tending to duck back to here occasionally, even if nothing was going on, because I feel a little like its dropping into the cheers bar after work.

2.  I'm in a LOT of different stocks, run a couple of businesses, new baby blah blah blah, but here specifically on HC I feel a lot more like RYG crowd here tends to be a jovial friendly bunch I like to be a part of.

3.  We are not specifically supposed to be here in the RYG thread posting stuff thats irrelevant to the company and its stock price etc without being outside T&C of HC.



Soooooooo.   Not being 100% up on the whole T&Cs completely.  I was thinking.

Perhaps we start a RYG casual lounge thread?  A thread thats just for chatting about anything else but Xped & RYG but is specifically for the crowd here of RYG holders that have formed this little group?

I think specifically over the closed down period over the next 4 weeks it could be a place to hang out without moderators having to worry about the relevance issues.  But even then I regularly see people chatting about catching up outside of HC etc or just chatting in general and I find that there is always either a stage where it gets off track enough someone steps up and asks that its bought back to the stock OR at the least the pressure to do so is always hanging over you.

This would give a more permanent place for this specific group to chill out.  Just chat, etc, get to know people, whatever. And not discuss the company.  Any company talk could be specifically taken out to the other threads again.

Whats everyone think?  Could just call it the Social club/General chat thread?  

Only rule is friendly chat or basic trading chat only and specific company posts to do with RYG and Xped are kept to the proper threads?

Does anyone know if this is PC with HC?  Would we need to to it in the general pages to not upset anyone?  I just figure if its just us and its clear what we use it for it should be ok and, of course, in a month the Thread for Xped will start anyway and this one will likely lose most of its traffic anyway...

Thoughts?  I don't want to step out of line or upset anyone, and if no-one is interested then its not worth it anyway...
