Angola's ONLY way forward is foreign investment. They do not have the money to develop a roll of 30 photographs let alone the 10's of billions required to develop their natural resources!!
LOM is one of their shining examples! We are their poster boy to the world! They have taken 2000+ mining licenses off holders last month because they can not develop them and had been sitting idle for too long. Idle mining leases will not create revenue for the government.
I bet LOM's BOD are having a scroll though the leases now for our next holding! Our reputation with the Angolans will give us a pick of the bunch! One to keep an eye out for imo!
