You don't understand Listing Rule 3.1 or the ASX Guidelines or the equivalent in the Corporations Act/ASIC Guidelines. SGH is now a negative cash flow, borderline insolvent microcap in deep debt. The news they provided Monday crashed the share price by 70% to its low in less than 3 days trading. The January cash figures must have been complete and, if they provide materially different picture from the news, highly price sensitive. They chose not to mention them. I draw the conclusion they don't alter the picture materially either way.
