I think that AZZ has executed and closed deals with Chesapeake, Petro Hawk, Breitburn and BHP . That is a fact. They have also partnered with private Texas company's San Isidro Development Company and Big Star Oil and Gas , going back to their Yellow Rose project. So I will back their judgement on Wade Energy for now ,being on the ground in Texas and having a track record of already concluding sales in the hundreds of millions of dollars over your attempts to discredit with a stack of google searches that don't actually prove that Wade Energy doesn't have access to funding. I have the proven track record of a public company that has executed sales of this size before which speaks to their credibility particularly given the size of the companies they have already dealt with , all which were in the Billions as far as market caps go for the public companies or unknown for the private ones , or I can put my faith in the googling ability of an anonymous poster .
