With a non binding HOA for the IBML scheme of arrangement as noted....this appeared to me to open toward better opportunities which IK stated, there has been significant interest in the acquisition of Morning Star.

I find it inquisitive that a very negative ann was made for IBML not to go ahead. We receive no more information, such as Mantle going in suspension due to lack of funds, no...nothing....and there share price is actually holding up...

What I suspect is IK definately has a better opportunity or else he would have advised the market.

Instead he says in the last ann: 'Mantle remains committed to completing the Morning Star Gold NL transaction as announced to ASX on 14 August 2015, and focused on bringing both the Morning Star Gold mine and its exciting Norton Gold mine into production in the near term'

Snippet for those that have not taken note of IKs comments for 14 Aug 2015...

“Acquiring Morning Star is seen as a significant step in securing Mantle’s future as an emerging gold producer. Mantle’s Norton gold mine (positive scoping study released to ASX 8 July 2015) is considered to be of a scale to leverage Mantle into development of Morning Star. Morning Star is of a scale to potentially deliver significant value to shareholders. The acquisition brings a modern processing plant into Mantle’s fold in a location central to other historically and currently operating gold mines that suffer from a lack of infrastructure. The gold at Morning Star and surrounding mines is traditionally free milling allowing for production of a high grade concentrate from simple gravity processing"

So there is my Conclusion....Yes, I am very frustrated that nothing has happened, and make no mistake IK knows it too that all shareholders are suffering. I have never met him, but his comment regarding airy fairy announcements is not going to happen, he will give a concrete answer. I have no doubt we will be rewarded.

I'm just happy its raining here in tropical north Queensland...we need it!
