SER has traded on 'research for many years, funded by research grants, but that no longer cuts it when it moves to an IPO. Investors will not take over from the Feds to provide an endless stream of cash to do research that never develops into a commercial product? I don't think so! And that's the rub. The company needs to make commercialisation anns. I thought the Supersand pilot plant was a good start and just 26 weeks away. Never heard about it again and it's 9 months down the track. Ditto for everything else. Did the research funding run out and the neophyte boffins turned to starry eyed startup investors to keep their cosy jobs? It sure looks that way.
