Members here only got this news last Friday - thus far, we have been more constructive and have shed more light, than 6 months of total void.
It may not be the full bio of what Wade Energy Corp is, but its only been 2 days - give it a week or two, everyone will have the full picture.
And if they need any assistance on offshore matters, I will happily assist.
You seem to forget that the CEO of a public company is at the APEX of the organization - everything he says or authorizes to be released has both financial and legal consequences.
That's why after release of that statement "No conditions precedent", the share price shot up!!!
He is Not paid $50k to $80k a year, like a junior - the bar is a lot higher at executive management level.
At that level, you are paid to deliver and add value to the company - everything press releases you authorize to be released about the company, are fully scrutinized.
And if you think drop in oil price is an excuse - have a look at CVN - another company I invested in.
They signed a deal to sell a percentage of their oil assets too (just before OPEC decided to dump onto the market in Dec 2014), when oil prices was around high $90 USD.
The deal was completed 3 months later, when oil prices dropped to around high $50 USD.
Guess what - we got our money (the full $50M USD)!!!
That's because management did their job - did their due diligence and locked in their contract!!!
CEOs of public companies are paid their million dollar salaries to deliver such outcome for their shareholders!!!
Not make EXCUSES!!!
Otherwise, we should be paying them an annual $80k salary!!!

Who said the current situation is acceptable and that the CEO should not be held accountable?
You mistaken my higher standard of evidence as support for the CEO.
You're clearly very emotional and worked up over this, you keep jumping from one mistaken conclusion to another.
