Mitchell Drilling has obligations to it's own shareholders, hence 'if' it is they which are now taking dire action to recover what they are owed (from acting under BB's instructions) then who can blame them.
I would have thought their payments would be honoured when due, not still owing. Then they see BB leave and dump all his shares on market collecting millions, and these poor guys are still waiting for payment of the expensive outlay of work they have done under BB! They have employees to pay and shareholders to keep satisfied. If I were in their management, I would ban any work done with any company that has BB on board purely for principal nether alone the trust element. But that's just me, imo.
