IMO Niki Savva's book represents the start of an entirely new world of pain for a man whose political career was built on the self-serving destruction of others; from Peter Slipper to Julia Gillard and currently featuring Malcolm Turnbull.

With just Eric Abetz and Kevin Andrews still in his corner, the media is about engorge itself on a feeding frenzy at Abbott's expense . IMO most Australians will think that's exactly what Abbott deserves after what he metered out to Pauline Hanson, Peter Slipper, Craig Thompson, Kevin Rudd, Julia Gillard and Bill Shorten.
