eagle, I know you have read most of the posts here so you must be aware by now from Bruceyg's posts and other posters' Marriage Act posts that we already clearly have marriage equality for both men and women.
Regardless of his sexual preference [nothing unequal there], an Australian man can enter into marriage with a woman and vice versa.
