Cobra is correct here of course. Mrs. OOO must, obviously, have made substantial profit on other share sales (administered by Mr OOO???).

But this 40 hours work over a month....is this for just A SINGLE MONTH. and the transfer of shares must be done during that particular month.????

I have an ABN and am considered to be retired, but could employ myself....I think as a sole trader.
Wish I was a specialist.

. Sometimes I read snippets from people who know a lot about accountancy and give comments of subjects on the internet. But often the comments come well after the question.
Anybody have the email or website of someone who is a specialist on Superannuation????
