Fair enough you want to trust management as much as you can. However in this instance we must accept our fate.
JC has made some big mistakes in this instance and it appears that at the very least he has done a deal with a company no one has ever heard of in the oil and gas industry, regardless of who he has done deals with in the past. When your under the pump you will listen to what ever the snake charmer says.
There are plenty of weirdos that like to think their the man and will make up stories to suit your situation. Facts are facts if the guy had the dough he would have coughed it up by now.
JC has always lived by the seat of his pants and eventually that catches everyone out including us.
Now note holders hold the balance of power but if I was in their situation with the level of behaviours we have seen in the last year, I'd be pretty tempted to pull the pin and see if I could get my capital back. That's a luxury Sh don't have.
