    I have a sales team that report to me every week on their sales performance. I tell them that I only want to know what are their contracted deals. When they tell me they have some big deals " in the pipeline" I immediately start to worry that they are not performing and that they are feeding me BS. I am starting to get this same feeling with Buddy.
