They did that coming from SNE 2 TO SNE 3 Perthy but that was because the top section had already been drilled in SNE 3 so there was a wellhead in place to attach it to.
With BEL 1 the top section has yet to be drilled and it can't be done with the riser and BOP in place it has to be dismantled...
