Laramide Resources Ltd. Receives Conditional TSX Listing Approval
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Aug. 3, 2006) - Laramide Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:LAM) is pleased to announce that it has received the conditional approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") to list the common shares of Laramide on the TSX. Trading on the TSX under the symbol "LAM" is expected to commence Tuesday, August 8, 2006. Listing of the common shares is subject to compliance with all of the TSX requirements including receipt of all required documentation prior to trading on the TSX. Graduation to the TSX is considered to be an important milestone to Laramide as it is expected to provide the company with improved access to capital, broader market recognition and exposure to new business prospects.
