Re-formulating HER-Vaxx has showed a ten fold increase in cancer fighting antibodies and also resulted in patent extension to 2036 with dramatic cost reductions.

They found that HER-Vaxx is able to generate a response and inhibit cancer growth 70% greater to that of Herceptin.

HER-Vaxx creates a 3X Polyclonal response where as Perjeta and Herceptin create a singular monoclonal response. Perjeta & Herceptin only bind to one part of the Her-2 receptor each where HER-Vaxx binds to three sites. So we can look at HER-Vaxx being like Perjeta & Herceptin combined.

Think as the Her-2 receptors being like windows in which we can break into the cancer cell and peptides being bricks. Imugene has 3 bricks to throw at every window where the other Billion dollar vaccines only have 1.

I can image specialists providing advise to patients in the future and I would like to believe that they would pitch HER-Vaxx as being the better option of the 3 vaccines as it's a combination of the other 2.

In a way Imugene has already proven that Her-Vaxx is superior to the others, they now just need the clinical  data to help prove it.

These things take time especially when we are talking immunotherapy, but when you think of the potential of this product once proven there will be a tremendous revaluation of the MC and cancer news will go viral.
