I am sorry but you are 100% wrong

If as i said your telephone line is cut there is NO way a signal can get through to a base station.

Its is plainly obvious IF your telephone line is cut.....a phone call CANNOT be made.


Hate to tell you but you are wrong and plainly making false assertions.

There was only one system in the world which can advise of a cut communication link....up till now.

And you do NOT have it.
