    I would like to think they review the restricted cash to be held. (Is it US$10M with US$36M outstanding on the loan?)

    Ideally any new agreement will not require a CR, but let's see what they have negotiated. It would be timely for management to then provide clarity on 2016 forecast cashflow, based on current prices and known commitments.
