did some research, the app it self and the business YOU-A-YOU is very good according to their presentation and their Chinese Website, and i notice Zhejiang Huitong Auction Co Ltd become a new major shareholder on 1/29/2016 on the commsec website. (has voting power about 9.94%) , but there is no new substantial holder ann?
and they are the major investor for both KDL and WFE, which the director Alexandre Alexander is the the director of KDL as well, the reputation for KDL is not very well, and Alex has been charged for giving misleading informations last year.
the company WFE planning to acq is really good, but i dont know about this management. do u have something can share, other than that, with WFE current cash position, how they gonna seal the deal is X to me..
