Had a crack at the $1.90 yesterday but encountered some selling/distribution.
This is not surprising as the general market was weak.
Unless the stock is really in demand on the breakout day then a breakout won't work/follow through when the general market is weak.
This is not to say HFR is not a strong stock/in demand, it probably just needs more time in the pattern for the sellers to dry up.
Look for some very low volume days with little price movement to signal this.
