Yes, I know they have MOUs but the market doesn't really take those seriously.
It will take something a lot more substantial than that to excite the market.

For example an MOU with an unknown company with unknown details just doesn't do anything.
They must be getting much closer to a concrete deal and the PFS is a necessary precursor to a deal. We might get the rapid firing of announcements we saw next door. I think the next few weeks is going to be PLS's time in the spot light.

Everyone knows that speed to market is crucial and the market needs to see signs that this is hotting up and moving again. Could also be something coming to the effect that they will shelve TT and convert it to a Lithium plant. We need real rapid firing announcements to pull us into the 50's and 60's where it should be...
