A noteholder would have to have a death wish to block the rollover and ask for administration. Why would you chop off your own nose to spite your face?

They will agree to the rollover and surely then the investigator person will keep an eye over what is going on.

If they sell their Breitburn holdings then that cash could keep them going for quite a period I expect.

I suspect the oil price increase was a massive short covering rally and we are seeing closer to the real price now.
