I think $500 would be reasonable.
From memory they used $450 for the neighbours but things have changed.
We could easily see prices to $800 this year and maybe then leveling off.
My opinion of PFS is that they are about as useful as a cash flow projection for a new business.
Gives you a basic understanding of what's needed to be profitable but could be so far out as to be irrelevant.
No-one knows 1 year from now, let alone 10 or 20.
