An MoU is non-binding I believe. They can walk away if they don't agree to the terms of the deal. The terms are still being finalised aka negotiated. Hence until it's a signed contract it doesn't mean much at all.
Are you on drugs of some kind? Either a recreational stimulant or an antipsychotic/bipolar medication?
