    Ah where to begin?

    1. This is not a startup. We are in startup phase but there is a daily thing called the share price that management are getting held accountable to. If you don't go and promote to funds, investors etc, the SP dwindles and your shareholders demand answers. In a game that is as long term as this, you need to take some small steps to keep the SP healthy so that you can focus on running the business and growing it. Also, I challenge a startup to get the funding terms that we have negotiated for our acquisition. It may seem steep, but its necessary and its actually a good outcome. I've seen startups give away 20-50% equity just to stay alive and raise $5-10m

    2. We will never know all of the information we need to fully assess the company's worth especially in terms of SP. Because that has sentiment and global sh!t baked into it. This is why people look at earnings, and in the US look to quarterly guidance. NO company ever tells its shareholders where they are at with every conversation and how they plan to get it signed. What we do have to go by, is the strategy the company has set forward. For me, this has evolved over time and its heading in the right direction.

    3. Asking questions such as this thread is dangerous. Sorry ds but it is. Because people then set their hopes on one of the outcomes provided and forget that there is other outcomes, such as no deal. This then unleashes a backlash on HC and opens the door for our suspended friend and his colleagues to drive the SP and sentiment down even further.

    4. If any of our partners come back, and that is a big if. Then we treat them with respect, as ds has said, and we negotiate from a much better position. We know they came back for a reason and we have learned how to play hardball. We are also not desperate for cash so we can afford to wait. If two come back, I would play them against each other. Bargain less hard on one to get it over the line and scare the other and then the others waiting on the sidelines into signing or they lose market share.

    5. Its been a long road for most of us. Lets not point fingers now and keep our discussions productive. This part of HC has been one of the best things to happen to a lot of us. Even if ADO tanks, I've learned so much here and made some friends i'll keep for a long time!
