You might be waiting awhile. I put in a buy order for 200,000 at 0.125 on the 8th. Had 60,000 filled so far over the 3 days. As I am clearly at the top of the queue, I can only assume most of the 12.5s that are being traded are in a dark pool. However I am not terribly across all the stuff, so maybe someone can explain it.
