I switched to a2 milk 2 years ago I love it the taste is good but there is ZERO health benefits to me
I run 8 km swim 2 km every day I feel no increased health benefits from a2 milk I drink it because of the taste not the health benefits
If there was a mass scale scientific trial done across a broad sector of ages an it proved significant health benefits then this would be 20 bucks a share but there simply isn't any mass scale trials concluding that
Hot copper scientists an drs don't cut it for me sorry
