Do I take it that when the judge asked Mr Pong to take his seat he was declining to let Mr Pong speak for SIS?
I don't know how banks handle large sums of money, but in these days of electronic transfer it seems odd that funds should be in a bank waiting to be cleared.
If Mr Richard Li has gone overseas, then perhaps he is in the midst of the Chinese vineyards watching the flowering of the vines from which GCN expects such a lucrative future. I can't think of any other important matter that would take him overseas when both SIS and GoConnect are facing crises in the Supreme Court.
