I think the opposite. I think in a way it's a bad sign. I am pretty confident the deal will go through, but why establish an 'investor relations' Facebook page to field questions about Gridcomm if the deal were right around the corner. You wouldn't bother right? That tells me we may still have a long wait ahead of us (unfortunately) until the announcement. Before the FB page I would have said before Easter but now I'm not so sure...
