re: buyers are getting impatient If you look closely at the package sizes you see a controlled accumulation. As several bought in in the low to mid 50s there is some shakeout possible among the bored and/or uninformed with canny control on the buy side.
The TFS sale was never going to be held up as Platinum (and associates) are not major players in the fastenings market so how could there ever be a question? It is just a formality, but as such is a factor in the 3 months it takes to bed down the deal. Only then can TZL announce what its position is in relation to the new arrangement. As I have said I am betting heavily that it involves an extremely favourable arrangement in which the Intevia license ownership is realigned with a stock swap or the like with Platinum over TFS and the TZL float. Perhaps the new purchaser has come to that view or else needs to act before stock thins out following news. In the meantime 60c will be a moderate target to breach.
