If you look at RAP from 13 to 28 cents, i wouldn't be suprised that ODN can run this hard.
I believe that upon announcement or insider leaks that ODN will run from 1.5 cents to 22 cents within a WEEK (A spike is possible). I wont be selling until it reaches my target of 15 cents
