PPT had an entry point at c.90c around the time of the CR last year. My understanding is they maxed their allowed exposure to any one stock at this time.
Likely they are now reducing their position, taking profits, and allocating the capital to other investment opportunities.
I don't see it as necessarily a bad sign.
