Has anyone actually asked for a Top 20 ? There's ASIC/ASX Rules requiring a Top 20 issue on shareholders request. So has anyone requested it from Company Secretary Paige Exley ? if so what was response? Denial or a fee request?
One can actually request the Whole Register but you'd need a comparative earlier one too.
There is also the option of requesting by going to the Office to just view the Top 2o "record". That'd be free but you might not be able to copy it. Depends on how paranoid,Paige is I suppose or how threatening the Requester is.

Re gbar and BB sacking. Think it goes gbar, lee and jenks go to office with the paper. but are 'convinced' that GMP will pull out so THEY don't serve it. However they have alerted the Board so Catlow as Chairman sacks Boyle, a day or two later. GMP maintains Underwriting.

jack you have to contact ASIC not declare on HC you KNOW and expect ASIC to come round panting or something, contacting HC for your details. Actually better check with Admin they may not approve with HC getting involved in Legal matters, incurring costs whatever.
