I may have misunderstood this, so I apologies in advance if conclusions are drawn early, but this is pretty (insert profanity) ridiculous if we ever want to be recognised as an actual company this needs to stop happening:
'As part of the agreed compensation for the Program to date, Platinum Road’s clients and nominees have now been issued options which are detailed, along with the abovementioned issue of ESIOB listed options to the Calleja Group, in the Appendix 3B lodged today.'
So the exercising of options by Calleja Group is great, 32,790,370 million ESIOB.
However the company has issued a further 30,000,000 ESIOB in satisfaction of a performance payment to Platinum Road nomiee(s) under an option exercise program for zero consideration.
The company has further issued another 170,000,00 unlisted options to Platinum Road Nominees for zero consideration.
This seems like a great deal, where do I sign up to be provided options for zero consideration?
