I'd expect that because they suddenly don't need to raise $7m, then revenue must be in the $10-$15m range.
High growth early stage US tech stocks (which is what we would have here) should command at the very least a 10x revenue multiple. So a market cap of $100m-$150m.
BUT we have to consider growth. If this company is doing $10-$15m right now out of the blue, what are they expecting over the next 12 months? $30m? $70m? $100m?
The answer is - we don't know. So pick a number between 4c and 60c
It' all about expected growth.
