I think by know he knows he stands to earn more by stepping aside and letting someone else more experienced drive us to production. He had recruited top players into key positions and still couldn't get things over the line. Sometimes you can get too close to something that it clouds your judgement.
I've got no problem with his reward - let's not forget salaries were sacrificed and he put up his own dollars to keep the lights on.
Ramin getting shown the door too was a little surprising to me. He must have also been too close to things and couldn't let go.
Recruit well, and land a bigger fish than we have already and our future will be set. I'm expecting our new CEO will be the one to make any production status and ramp announcements, so hope we get someone on board sooner rather than later.
