Initial for Plaintiff ( Yowie) in the 27/2 3/3 was for a surety of US$900,000

I can't see a court document ( haven't got all access) that asks Whetstone to put up any money? US562500. Can you cut and paste the document or attach the court pdf that shows that?
Why would the defendant need to put up surety? YOW claim for loss of production , legal costs or capacity?

My mistake may have been to assume the US562500 was put up by YOW ?? There are other documents I don't have access to that explain why it would be US$900,000 .

As for the machine still being in Florida - If YOW haven't lodged their full surety it isn't going anywhere. I don't know but I would guess that YOW would use the OS expert to ensure the machine was in condition it should be, then decommission it, then have it safely crated for transport. The timing of that would have to be agreed on by both parties. At the minute I would think as long as the other machine has arrived that any experts would be there getting that installed and getting the other machine would be 2nd in line. You have to read YOW announcements very carefully as stated that it was the machine coming from overseas that was to be commissioned.

The announcement from YOW that the machine was finally released that omitted the fact they had to put up cash surety of greater than machinery and stock value and they had not actually had success with the settlement of action I though was very very poor form. To not state that a court case and a scale of possible counterclaim still existed especially when a claim number was mentioned ??? It was information as a shareholder I would have liked and in a timely fashion
