Wrong. Only Yowie had to post a bond. Why would Whetstone have to post a bond? Yowie is getting possession of the machine. Having both parties post bonds makes no sense.
And it's very possible that the wrapping machine might still be in Florida. The Writ of Replevin order stated that the property needed to be turned over to the plaintiff (Yowie) at a time that was mutually convenient. If such a time could not be arranged then the Sheriff could enter the premises and remove the property.
So Whetstone could be continuing to be obstructionist and refusing to allow Yowie representatives to enter the property and take possession of the goods. However, eventually the sheriffs office will exercise the writ and take possession of the property on behalf of Yowie.
I think you might need to read over the documents again more carefully and maybe google what Writ of Replevin means.
