A further payment from liongold is encouraging. They are also quite dismissive of this litigation funder "Purporting to be entitled to a portion of the company's settlement proceeds". If Liongold makes good as it has done to date, then a fair proportion of the second tranche Graphmada payment should be available by the end of April. Bass may have to negotiate a delay or make a couple of payments up to Aprils end with a CR for the balance.
