Good points angers. I think they should've put out an ann last week stating that flow testing of Mputa-1 was about to commence, and would first be targetting the highly speculative fractured basement. Then have yesterday's ann that the fractured basement flowed poorly, but this result was not unexpected or something like that.

Took me a little by surprise that there was a mention of Uganda at all!!
