20c looks to me like a "wet finger in the air round number figure"...nothing in the chart to suggest thats a key level. Ifanything, 21c is a key level representing the breakout level from that little consolidation period last June/July. In the meantime, 24.5 is the key level imo, and so far its looking fine to me - no real selling pressure below 25 this morning.
