Ann: Response to ASX Price Query, page-18

Agree @tui there was an opportunity to answer the query with a share sustaining response:

1. We have recently informed the market in our latest Market update that we are currently in discussions with a leading Midstream gas infrastructure owner and operator under an MOU and intend to update the market imminently on this agreement covering Development, Funding and Operation for the proposed Demonstration plant.

2. We have recently informed the market that we have also provided designs for the Demonstration Facility to 2 leading engineering contractors for their proposals to build the Demonstration Plant, expected H2 2016.

3. We have recently informed the market that we are upgrading the pump capacity for Klebb 2 & 3 to bring the water production above the required threshold to achieve sustained gas flow and prove the wells can produce significantly higher than the threshold commercial rates.
4. We have recently informed the market that Klebb 4 well will have a submersible pump installed to provide an unconstrained production test.

5. All the above have been progressed and we will inform the market once there are any material changes.

Now the above has some seriously material milestones for the company. Look forwarad to seeing any of the updates above!!
