I am not the one whom keeps talking about least dilutive measures i am not the one that keeps emphasizing looking out for shareholder vale and shareholder interests.

Tell me Justin why did they not pay for Platinum roads services in a monetary form,

Justin why not set up the option conversion programme so that platinum road may take a percentage of the conversion

Ie
say 10% on every $milion dollars that they bring in converted $100,000 for services rendered would that not be enough for you Justin.
